Checksums, past versions and the full artifact list live on GitHub Releases.

Release integrity

Every channel ships the same official build.

Artifacts ship through GitHub Releases, and a checksum manifest is published with every release.

Channels do not append promotional files, swap the install script, or re-sign the build.

To verify a download, check it against the release's published checksum manifest; if the values disagree, do not run the file — send the filename and download URL to the support page.

This is a technical preview

From v0.7.0 the macOS build carries a Developer ID signature and Apple notarisation, so Gatekeeper no longer blocks the first launch. Windows Authenticode signing is not done yet, so SmartScreen warns once; each platform enters stable on its own once its signing and verification gates are complete.

Still running v0.6.x or an earlier preview? Those packages were unsigned, so macOS blocks their first launch — the first-launch guide explains why, and why upgrading now beats allowing an old build.

BootAgent will never ask you to disable Gatekeeper, run spctl --master-disable, or lower your system-wide security settings.
