Kimi Code reads credentials only from its own config file and does not fall back to shell environment variables, so BootAgent writes the Provider and model into ~/.kimi-code/config.toml. KIMI_CODE_HOME relocates that directory; if you set it, launch Kimi Code with it set or it will not find this config.
